Point of Interest

Chicago is just south of where the 4-track Northside 'L' began, although only the 2 inside trackways still carry trains. The station is on an 'S' curve. However platforms were extended such that the trains no longer stop on the curve portion. The platforms are retained to access the station house on the Northside of Chicago.
