7-Train

This is a very busy subway line connecting Queens to Mid-town Manhattan. The line is 3-tracked in Queens operating peak direction express trains most of the day. This IRT line is not physically connected with the rest of the IRT. For equipment transfers they must use the BMT connection at Queens Plaza and the IND connection at Woodlawn in the Bronx.

The #7 is the only subway line to take you to a Mets game or the US Open Tennis Match.
