Monongahela |
The Monongahela Incline is the oldest operating funicular in the United States. As such it is a listed on the US National Register of Historic Places.
The location of this incline makes it very popular for tourists as well as locals. The base station is across the road from Station Square, and is also a short walk to the Station Square PAT light rail station. Also, since this is operated by PAT, transfer from local buses and light rail can be made.
