Boylston

Green Line

Boylston at one time was a 4 track station. Here the Tremont St. subway branched off, but it has been closed since the 1960's. Now the 2 inner pair of tracks are the only open. However, MBTA stores historic equipment on the inbound un-used track. Boylston is on the south end of Boston Common, just a short walk from the Park St station.
