Points of Interest	This local station is on the original IRT that opened in 1904. The station was closed in 1948. The reason, 14th station platforms were extended, making it really close to 18th, so the need for this station was no longer there. It is still visible from all passing trains.

No this is not a black-out. A # 6 train is at the closed 18th Street station. This station closed when 14th St platforms were extended.	Under the graffiti the blazon on the wall states that this is the 18th Station on the Lexington Ave. Local.
