	PA	Philadelphia	240			SEPTA operates subways/Els, Light Rail and traditional streetcar, High-speed Interurbans, trolley busses, and commuter rail, WOW. Then there is the PATCO subway.
	PA	Pittsburgh	168			This city operates a modern Light Rail System with a downtown subway with planned extensions.
