125th Street

Boro Manhattan Lines Served
Year Opened 1904
Street Location Broadway & 125th St Transfers
Platform Layout 2 side platforms Right-of-Way Elevated
# of Tracks 3 tracks, 1 center express not in normal revenue service Former Name(s)
Points of Interest This is a very unique station. It is above Manhattan Valley (125th St). As such the station is actually at or near the same level as the two underground stations just north and south of here (137th & 116th). It is the streets that drop, the subway does not really change grade.
