We had lost Freddie in September of 2017. It was a hard loss. A lot of grieving, and a very quiet house, and no kitty snuggles. We had thought about not adopting any more cats, but the quiet was deafening.
First, we tried one cat rescue but did not find anything there. We went to the Willamette Humane Society, nothing there, nor the Oregon Humane Society. We then went back to Willamette HS, and this black female cat, Nori, called to Mark. Mark & Cyn both loved her. Nori does have skin issues, having scratched fur off of her. She is on a very special diet. She has made a lot of improvements in the 2 months since adoption. She should be with us for a long time.
