Points of Interest City Hall on the Broadway Line is a two level station. However no passengers have ever used the 3-track, 2 platform lower level, just the 2 track upper level. The station was designed for trains to continue south, plus offer a terminal, but it never happened. The lower level is unfinished, and is used to store trains between rush hours..
