Southern US Transit > Memphis
Mudd Island Monorail

Mudd Island

The Monorail to Mudd Island is a suspended cable hauled system. There are two monorail trains running from Memphis, over a slough of the Mississippi River to Mudd Island. At Mudd Island there are shops, restaurants a museum and a great model of the Mississippi River.

There is auto access to the island to the south. Above the monorail is a pedestrian access as well.
