Points of Interest Branch Brook Park Station was originally called Franklin Ave and the northern end of the City Subway. During the "Franklin Ave" time period, PCC's turned around using a tight loop. As part of the conversion to LRV's, the station was made into two tracks with a pocket track to turn trains. Also, the nearby Heller Pkwy station was closed.
