I had a layover in Dusseldorf flying from Dresden to Toronto (and onto Portland). The time was just over 4 hours, not enough time to head from the airport into the city and back. Another unfortunate circumstance was H-Bahn airport transport system was down for maintenance, so did not get to ride it either. I did get to see its  guideway and the S-Bahn station.
