Green Line

MAX

GREEN

The Green Line opened in September of 2009.

It starts at Clackamas Town Center, head north along I-205. Part of its Right-of-way was reserved for a future Busway that was never built (including a tunnel under I205). It joins with the Blue & Red Lines at Gateway TC. It then follows the Blue/Red line to Rose Quarter.

After Rose Quarter, the Yellow line joins in to cross the Steel Bridge. On the west, the Green & Yellow lines split off to head to Union Station, then turn south onto the Transit Mall on 5th & 6th Avenues. Both lines terminate at PSU on the south edge of downtown.

Ktransit.com is proud to offer a Station by Station guide of the entire MAX system. Below are Transit Centers and other major stations on the line, for a full index, see the Portland Light rail Station Index Page
