San Diego Trolley

San Diego, the city that started the Light Rail craze in the US. It started as an austere line running from downtown to the Mexican Border. It now has more routes and further extensions are planned.

San Diego also has a commuter service called The Coaster running along the Pacific coastline from San Diego to Oceanside

San Diego's newest system is the diesel Light rail line called the Sprinter. It runs from Oceanside to Escondido in North County.
