Asakusa Line

Asakusa Line

This was TOEI's first subway line. It was also the first to offer through operation for the private railways in Tokyo. The Asakusa Line is also designated as route # 1 for the Tokyo subway, not that anybody uses that designation. This line stays to the south and west of central city.
