Newark Airport Monorail

EWR Monorail

The Newark Monorail has done much to reduce traffic congestion at this very busy airport. It links all 3 terminals, the rental car and long term parking lots. An extension is now open that links the airport with the Amtrak/NJ Transit NE Corridor. The monorail has been renamed AirTrain. The system is based on the Sydney Harbour monorail system.
