Houston

Houston Metro Light rail system was officially opened in January 2004. They were the largest city in the US without a fixed guideway transit system. But they are in the top ten for traffic congestion. The new system has met with a lot of opposition, but is now doing very well.The system opened 2 additional lines in 2015
