There are 3 main yards on the MUNI Metro. 2 of the 3 are in Balboa. The Cameron Beach Yard is the oldest and was originally called Geneva Shops. It oriignally served the streetcars. It is the main yards for the historic streetcars. The Green Yard is catecorner from Beach and was the original light rail shops, and still is. Metro East is the newest shops along the T-Line. It is much larger then the other 2. Mint Yard is jsut a small, no little utilized yard by the Duboce portal of the subway.
