Oregon Coast |
The Oregon Coast
is very beautiful. But when somebody states they are going to the
Beaches, don't bring your bathing suit. Even in the middle of summer
the water is very cold. Also be careful of the Ocean, sneaker wavers
can be hazardous.
The rocky coast, the quaint little towns are great to visit. A great
Bed & Breakfast that we have used is the Tyee Lodge, just north of
Newport.

Waves
and mist are seen at Depot Bay along the Coast. The coast is another Oregon
asset. (10/00) |
Lincoln
City has a great beach for flying kites. I wouldn't go for a swim. The water
is to cold plus sneaker waves can come up suddenly and pull you away.

Waves
crashing on the rocks at Depot Bay. This town calls itself the World's
Smallest Port. It is also home to the Sea Hag with great Clam Chowder!
