The Welliington Cable care is a transport system, but is mainly used by Tourists. there are 5 stops on the line has it climbs the hill. the 2 cars pass at Talavera station. The cars only stop at the intermediate station if requested. The cars can get VERY crowded when a cruise ship is in port. But still highly recommended to make the trek.
