Former Rail Services New York & Lake Erie (Erie RR)

A station first opened here in 1838 as Turner as part of the New York and Lake Erie. A new station in 1873, and again in 1911. In 1911 it opened as Harriman. Unfortunately the station was torn down 2006 after the town told the Norfolk Southern to either restore it or demolish it. They choose the later, such a shame as it was a beautiful station. Below are photos I took before I knew it was going to disappear.
